How to Choose the Right Balloon Pump for Your Event
The right balloon pump is the separately sourced equipment model that matches the identified balloon, task, operator, power environment, instructions and acceptance trial. A hand-versus-electric label does not prove nozzle fit, output, safety, durability or return on investment.

1. Define the task before choosing equipment
Record the exact balloon product and nominal format, target dimension, quantity, acceptable time window, operator experience, portability, noise and power constraints, venue rules and failure endpoint.
A small touch-up task and a repeated production task can need different controls. Do not select equipment from a generic event size or marketing speed alone.
2. Verify model, nozzle and operating scope
Record manufacturer, model, voltage or power source where applicable, nozzle or adapter, duty cycle, pressure or airflow information supplied by the equipment maker, instructions, warnings, warranty and responsible seller.
Confirm fit with the identified balloon opening and intended task. Do not assume that one nozzle, setting or pump is suitable for every balloon type or material.
3. Compare equipment under one trial method
Use the inflation-method owner to define product identity, target, operator, trial quantity, environment, accepted pieces, rejects, time and observations.
Compare models with the same task and rest pattern. Report raw results and limitations instead of universal pieces-per-minute, productivity multiplier or labor-payback claims.
4. Keep maintenance and safety with the equipment supplier
Follow the current equipment instructions for setup, inspection, cleaning, storage, electrical protection, maintenance and service. Stop using damaged, overheating, unstable or incompatible equipment and refer to the responsible supplier.

5. Keep the AIHUA quotation balloon-only

Keep the final decision record
Save the request, current quotation, approved sample or reference, packing version, exceptions, responsible people and decision date in one order file. Mark every field as confirmed, pending, excluded or buyer-supplied. A later change needs a new version; it must not silently inherit an earlier price, test result, product scope or approval.
