You can combine sizes and colours in a wholesale order from US$5,000, with at least one carton per colour and specification. If you only need one printed product, the minimum is 50,000 pieces per design. When printed items are part of a larger mixed-product order, we can discuss smaller quantities.
AIHUA-brand stock dispatches within one week after we receive the deposit. If a regular item needs replenishment, dispatch usually takes 7–15 days from deposit. For your own packaging, allow 30–45 days for a less-than-container order, up to 45 days for one 40HQ, or up to 60 days for two, counted from both deposit receipt and artwork approval. We confirm the schedule for your product list.
We accept bank transfer (T/T): 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. We normally quote FOB. The quotation and pro forma invoice confirm the products, packing, port and payment details before you place the order.
Ordinary samples are free; the buyer pays the courier. Printed physical samples are normally quoted separately, with approval handled against the requested product and destination.
