AIHUA makes and sells its own latex balloons. Wholesalers, brand owners and retail chains buy directly from our factories, with no trading company in between.
Our first factory opened in 1988 in Xiongxian. We founded Jiangsu Haiyan in 2018, and its newer, more advanced factory started production in 2019 with 8 production lines and a daily output of 8 million balloons.

We send free ordinary samples. For printed balloons we prepare a print proof so you can approve the logo, colour and print position.
We produce, inspect and pack to the agreed plan, then send QC photos, carton marks and shipping documents before dispatch.

Jiangsu Haiyan produces 8 million balloons a day. Stock items usually ship in 7–15 days from deposit, printed balloons in about 15 days, and orders in your own packaging in 30–60 days depending on volume.
Color references, printing and custom packaging can be discussed after artwork and order review. Final capability, appearance and tolerance depend on the approved sample and written specification.
The current catalog presents standard-color, Macaron, chrome-look, confetti, water, printed and professional-use latex balloon families. Exact size, finish and availability require quotation confirmation.
You can combine sizes and colours in a wholesale order from US$5,000, with at least one carton per colour and specification. If you only need one printed product, the minimum is 50,000 pieces per design. When printed items are part of a larger mixed-product order, we can discuss smaller quantities.
AIHUA-brand stock dispatches within one week after we receive the deposit. If a regular item needs replenishment, dispatch usually takes 7–15 days from deposit. For your own packaging, allow 30–45 days for a less-than-container order, up to 45 days for one 40HQ, or up to 60 days for two, counted from both deposit receipt and artwork approval. We confirm the schedule for your product list.
We accept bank transfer (T/T): 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. We normally quote FOB. The quotation and pro forma invoice confirm the products, packing, port and payment details before you place the order.
Ordinary samples are free; the buyer pays the courier. Printed physical samples are normally quoted separately, with approval handled against the requested product and destination.
Jiangsu Haiyan passed SMETA (Sedex) and FSC audits in 2026, and we can share the audit documents with buyers. For product testing we arrange EN 71-1/-2/-3, ASTM F963 or GB 6675 tests for your order on request.
