Printing sizes, positions and artwork
We inflate the balloon before screen printing. During production it can move slightly on the line, so every additional colour adds another chance of misalignment. Up to eight colours is technically possible, but we normally recommend no more than three. In our experience, a bold, single-colour design gives the most stable result.

From logo file to bulk order
We start with the balloon and artwork, then agree the sample and packing. Keeping that sequence clear saves repeated changes later.
1. Confirm base balloon color
Choose the latex balloon color first, because the print effect depends on the background color and surface.
2. Approve artwork and sample
Check logo size, placement, color effect and sample result before moving into bulk production.
3. Lock packing details
Confirm bag quantity, label, carton mark and delivery schedule so the shipment matches the sales channel.

Can AIHUA print a buyer logo on latex balloons?
Yes. Buyers should provide artwork, printing placement and color requirements so the sample can be confirmed before bulk production.
What should be checked before bulk printed balloon production?
Confirm artwork file, print size, color effect, balloon color, packing method, carton mark and final quantity before production starts.
Does AIHUA accept copyrighted or character designs?
AIHUA should only support legally safe custom designs. Counterfeit or infringing designs should be avoided before order confirmation.

See the print before you place the order
We provide a digital proof first. If you need to see the physical print, we can make a sample. That means making the printing screen and stopping the line for the sample run, so the usual fee is US$100. If you place the order within 10 days after sampling, we deduct US$50 from the order because the screen can still be reused within that period. Ordinary unprinted samples are free; you pay the courier.
For your own packaging, we include packaging design and plate-making in the order quotation. Once the deposit is received and packaging artwork is confirmed, our usual dispatch plan is within 45 days for one high-cube container and 60 days for two. We confirm the final schedule with you before the order.
