Printing sizes, positions and artwork

We inflate the balloon before screen printing. During production it can move slightly on the line, so every additional colour adds another chance of misalignment. Up to eight colours is technically possible, but we normally recommend no more than three.

In our experience, a bold, single-colour design gives the most stable result.

Balloon sizes	9, 10, 12, 18 and 36 inch
Print positions	Front, back, left, right and top: five positions, with the same or different designs.
Artwork	PDF or PNG. Gradients, photographs, very fine lines and small text are harder to reproduce clearly; we usually suggest thicker lines.
12-inch artwork size	We normally recommend keeping each design within about 15 × 15 cm; the final layout depends on the balloon and print position.
MOQ	For a standalone printed product: 50,000 pieces per design; 18 and 36 inch balloons are hand screen printed from 1,000 pieces per design (see 18 and 36 inch balloons). For a mixed-product order: total order from US$5,000, at least one carton per colour and specification; the printed portion can be arranged in smaller quantities after we review the full list.
Production planning	Printed-balloon capacity is about 40,000 pieces per day. Orders are usually completed within 15 days from deposit, depending on the queue and agreed scope.

Digital proof and physical samples

We provide a digital proof first. If you need to see the physical print, we can make a sample. That means making the printing screen and stopping the line for the sample run, so the usual fee is US$100.

If you place the order within 10 days after sampling, we deduct US$50 from the order because the screen can still be reused within that period. Ordinary unprinted samples are free; you pay the courier.

Printed order confirmation checklist

Custom lead time	Own-brand stock normally dispatches within one week from deposit. Client packaging is normally planned within 45 days for one full-container order and 60 days for two full-container orders after deposit and artwork approval; other projects are confirmed by quotation.
Compliance boundary	Avoid counterfeit or unauthorized copyrighted designs before production.

From logo file to bulk order

We start with the balloon and artwork, then agree the sample and packing. Keeping that sequence clear saves repeated changes later.

Confirm base balloon color
Choose the latex balloon color first, because the print effect depends on the background color and surface.
Approve artwork and sample
Check logo size, placement, color effect and sample result before moving into bulk production.
Lock packing details
Confirm bag quantity, label, carton mark and delivery schedule so the shipment matches the sales channel.

For your own packaging, we include packaging design and plate-making in the order quotation. Once the deposit is received and packaging artwork is confirmed, our usual dispatch plan is within 45 days for one high-cube container and 60 days for two. We confirm the final schedule with you before the order.

Can AIHUA print a buyer logo on latex balloons?

Yes. Buyers should provide artwork, printing placement and color requirements so the sample can be confirmed before bulk production.

What should be checked before bulk printed balloon production?

Confirm artwork file, print size, color effect, balloon color, packing method, carton mark and final quantity before production starts.

Does AIHUA accept copyrighted or character designs?

AIHUA should only support legally safe custom designs. Counterfeit or infringing designs should be avoided before order confirmation.
