How Should You Confirm Balloon Packaging Changes and Repeat Orders?

We keep records of previous orders, but we still confirm the details before repeat production. If you change the artwork, barcode, pieces per bag or color mix, send those changes together. We want to save you work on a reorder without quietly carrying an old requirement into the new shipment.

Start with the previous order and a short change list

You do not need to build a complex document just to reorder. The previous order reference plus a clear change list is a useful starting point. For each product, include size, weight, color, quantity, bag count and artwork version. If only the quantity changes, say that explicitly so we can review the schedule and packing without guessing about the design.

Review the new artwork against the product, not only the old picture

A revised design should still state the right balloon size and pieces per pack. Look at both the front and back. If a product image no longer represents the chosen color mix, we can discuss a new real product photograph and update the layout for your confirmation. Packaging design and plate-making are included in the order quotation.

You provide your barcode and warning text. We place the confirmed content in the artwork. If your retailer or sales market changes, tell us about the required label changes instead of assuming the previous pack wording still applies.

For barcode artwork, check size, contrast, clear margins and position on the finished pack. GS1’s barcode-quality checklist explains these checks. A readable image on screen is not a barcode verification report; tell us if your retailer requires formal verification.

Recheck the carton whenever the pack changes

Our own-brand cartons measure 46 × 33 × 28 cm; a customer-branded pack can require another carton. Changing the bag count or moving from a bag to a box affects space, total pieces and potentially shipment weight. We confirm the new carton plan for the order.

For example, our own-brand 12-inch 2.8 g Standard/Macaron packing is 100 pieces per bag × 45 bags per carton. If your own brand uses another bag count, do not reuse that carton total. Confirm the version and timing before repeat production

Keep the final confirmed design with the order reference and date, and mark earlier drafts as replaced. That is a practical way for both sides to identify the file to use. If you request a change after confirmation, ask us to confirm its effect on production and dispatch rather than assuming the original date is unchanged.

Customer packaging starts after both deposit and packaging artwork confirmation. One 40HQ container dispatches within 45 days and two within 60 days; smaller projects usually take 30–45 days. Repeat orders are not automatically next-day dispatches. AIHUA-brand stock has a different schedule, subject to the agreed items and available stock.

The minimum remains US$5,000 for the whole order, with at least one carton per color and specification. We accept a 30% bank-transfer deposit, with the balance paid before dispatch. Before dispatch, compare the confirmed pack version, carton count and packing list for that shipment.
