What Should You Confirm for Private-Label Water Balloon Packaging?

For a private-label water balloon order, first confirm the actual balloon and the number of pieces inside each bag. Then confirm the color mix, bag format and artwork. We supply ordinary loose water balloons; a picture of a filling device or a bunch-style system should not be used to describe that product.
Identify the water balloon before designing its bag
Our water balloons have a longer neck than ordinary decoration balloons, making them easier to fill with water. Their shape and elasticity need to suit that job. Start with ordinary product samples to compare the item, not just its packaging. See the water balloon product page for the supply range.
If you want a filling or leak comparison, agree the method and what counts as a failed sample before drawing a conclusion. A staged product photograph is not a fill-test record. This packaging guide does not set an unverified water volume, observation time or zero-breakage guarantee.

The own-brand figures are useful for comparing a quotation, but they are not a guarantee that a smaller retail pack will fill the same carton. Bag dimensions, header cards and boxes affect the final carton plan. Ask us to return the pieces-per-pack and packs-per-carton figures together so the total quantity stays clear.
Approve the artwork and supplied label information
Send the brand files, product description, count, barcode, warning text and required languages. We prepare the layout to those requirements and send it back for confirmation. Check the front and back, the product picture and the space around seals or folds. Packaging design and plate-making are included in the order quotation.
You provide the warning wording for the intended market and sales channel. We do not copy old warning text from a sample photo and present it as universally suitable. Packaging approval is not a certificate of product compliance; any required market-specific review must be agreed separately.
For barcode artwork, check size, contrast, clear margins and position on the finished pack. GS1’s barcode-quality checklist explains these checks. A readable image on screen is not a barcode verification report; tell us if your retailer requires formal verification.

Confirm schedule and repeat-order changes
Orders start at US$5,000, with at least one carton per color and specification. For customer packaging, dispatch is within 45 days for one 40HQ container and within 60 days for two, starting after both deposit and artwork approval; smaller projects usually take 30–45 days. We confirm your schedule in the private-label packaging quotation, including the proposed shipping route.
We keep order records and check them again before repeat production. If the pack count, color mix, artwork, barcode or destination requirement changes, tell us together. It is easier to update one clear list than to find a change hidden among several messages. Before dispatch, compare the approved pack specification with the carton quantities and packing list.
Must my own brand use 500 pieces per bag?
No. That is our own-brand export packing. Your pack count and the resulting carton are confirmed for the custom order.
Who provides the barcode and warning text?
You provide them. We make the packaging to your confirmed requirements; we do not treat another customer’s label as your market approval.
Does packaging approval prove the balloon passed a fill test?
No. Product testing and packaging approval answer different questions. Agree any required sample test separately.
When does the custom packaging lead time start?
When the deposit has been received and the packaging artwork has been confirmed. It is a dispatch schedule, not an overseas arrival promise.
