What are the key considerations for private labeling latex balloons?
Short answer: define the sellable file before placing a private-label order
A private-label latex-balloon project is not only a logo request. The buyer and supplier need one controlled file covering the exact balloon, physical color and size reference, artwork revision, print position, sample status, bag and carton specification, labels, destination requirements and release authority. AIHUA's commercial minimums are different for ordinary goods, printed balloons and custom packaging, so they should not be compressed into one generic MOQ.
Use the dedicated private-label owner for the complete procurement path and this page as the decision checklist.

Which five decisions control the order?
| Decision | What the buyer should define | Evidence before release |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Current sellable latex-balloon type, nominal size, color/finish and packing unit. | Quotation plus an identified sample or approved reference. |
| Brand artwork | Owned or authorized logo/text, print color, position, orientation and revision. | Dated artwork proof and IP approval. |
| Packaging | Bag/box material, count, language, barcode, warning, marks and carton relationship. | Approved dieline or proof tied to the order. |
| Quality | Acceptance method for color, dimensions, print, count, packing and exceptions. | Sample status, inspection method and release record. |
| Market | Destination, intended use and buyer/retailer requirements. | Current document scope; not certificate logos alone. |

What are AIHUA's confirmed commercial boundaries?
- Ordinary goods start at USD 5,000 per order. The actual mix and availability still require a current quotation.
- Printed balloons normally start at 50,000 pieces per design. One design means the approved artwork/version and production setup identified in the quotation.
- Custom packaging normally starts at USD 10,000 per order. Packaging feasibility, print, material, bag/box count and setup are quoted for the exact project.
- Samples are reviewed case by case. AIHUA does not promise an automatic or free sample for every inquiry.
The MOQ and carton-planning guide explains how importers should translate these thresholds into SKU and packing decisions.

How are printing, color, size and physical shape separated?
Custom printing changes approved text or artwork on an approved balloon. It does not automatically change the balloon's physical shape. AIHUA does not currently publish a verified custom-shaped latex-balloon tooling offer. A mascot, object or novel physical shape must remain on hold until dedicated former or mold capability, a public-safe physical example, MOQ, sample route, lead time, IP review, dimensional tolerance, QC and packing are all confirmed.
Do not infer a current size or color formula from a generic range seen in an old article. Request the current sellable product reference, then approve the physical sample and written specification. Screen colors, generic Pantone graphics and AI illustrations are not approval evidence. For printing, use the custom printed latex-balloon owner.

How should documents and certificate claims be handled?
A social audit, management-system certificate, product test report and sourcing certificate answer different questions. Match each document to its holder/site, product or submitted sample, method or audit scope, date/status, destination and intended claim. AIHUA does not present its expired ISO document as current, and one submitted-sample test does not prove every future product or order.
Use the certificate-scope owner before placing a standard, safety or environmental statement on private-label packaging.
What should the buyer approve in sequence?
- Send product, market, quantity, artwork and packaging inputs.
- Receive a written scope decision and quotation; record exclusions as well as included work.
- Approve artwork and the physical color/size/print reference at the agreed sample stage.
- Approve the exact bag, barcode, label and carton proof.
- Use the agreed inspection and release record before shipment.

What can AIHUA confirm before an order?
AIHUA can review the current balloon scope, commercial threshold, print/artwork feasibility, sample route, packaging request, available document scope and order-specific approval points. It cannot infer rights to third-party artwork, promise an unverified physical shape, guarantee every market requirement or convert an illustration into product proof.
