What should buyers confirm before ordering 12 inch latex balloons?
Buyers should confirm nominal size, inflated test size, gram weight policy, color sample, packing count, destination-market warnings and carton plan before deposit.
The number 12 inch is not enough by itself. Buyers should ask how the supplier tests inflation size, how color is approved, and whether the order will follow retail bags, bulk bags or custom packing. If the buyer only checks price, small differences in thickness, elasticity and packing can become large customer complaints.

How should color and surface quality be approved?
Color approval should be done with inflated samples under normal light, not only with a digital image or uninflated balloon photo.
Macaron, matte and pastel-style colors are especially sensitive because small shade changes are visible in event decoration. A serious supplier should keep the approved sample or color reference and use it during batch inspection. Buyers should also check surface marks, odor, neck strength and tying behavior.
What packing evidence should be requested?
Buyers should request inner bag photos, carton label photos, carton dimensions, gross and net weight confirmation, and random carton opening evidence.
Packing is not a secondary detail. A good 12 inch balloon order can still fail if bags are mislabeled, cartons are weak, or SKU information is inconsistent with the invoice. For retail and wholesale distribution, barcode area, warning text and carton marks should be checked before mass packing.
How does QC protect repeat wholesale orders?
QC should include sample retention, random inflation checks, visual defect checks, packing-count checks and shipment photo evidence.
The most valuable supplier is the one who can repeat the same standard on the next order. AIHUA checks raw materials before use and follows the production SOP. This check catches immediate leaks; airtightness over time is tested separately. Batch problems must be caught before shipment and problematic batches are not mixed into export orders.
